Day 3 was rough therefore, this will be short.
I woke up not feeling very good. I took some time to try and rest and let whatever was work its course. Eventually, I got around to doing some of my challenge workouts instead of trying to get some speedwork in. It is also a rest day from the gym so it kind of was nice to know I was just shifting runs around instead of missing a whole day. It made for a short day in the workout world but some days you take what you can get. 🙂
